01 / INDUSTRY
Equipment to launch
a production line
Qadam Manufacturing
Challenge
Deliver a complete set of equipment in time for the installation window. One batch held machine tools, tooling and spare parts, each with different packing requirements.
Solution
We reconciled the batch with the supplier, arranged photo records and securing of the cargo, assigned a dedicated FTL truck and linked transport with the preparation of customs documents.
Result
The whole batch arrived on one truck within the agreed window. The client received the equipment and the full set of documents before installation began.

Yiwu → Almaty → Astana
02 / DISTRIBUTION
Regular imports
for a regional network
Orken Distribution
Challenge
Combine purchases from six suppliers into a regular schedule and split goods between two warehouses without manually approving each shipment.
Solution
We set up a single receiving window in Yiwu, checks against packing lists and consolidation, and agreed a weekly dispatch schedule with separate documents for each batch.
Result
Supply moved to four scheduled runs a month. The client's team sees when batches are ready and plans receiving in Almaty and Astana in advance.

03 / B2B AND TECHNOLOGY
Logistics inside
a trading platform
Tirek Commerce
Challenge
Let the platform's sellers submit delivery orders and see statuses without re-entering data in another system.
Solution
We agreed the order structure, status model and error-handling rules, then ran a test integration, a pilot with a limited group of sellers and a phased launch.
Result
Orders flow from the platform into the logistics system and statuses return to the seller's interface. Manual copying of data is gone from the standard workflow.
