What each status means.

Statuses come from ALA warehouse and transport systems. Each stage of the timeline combines several operations – the details are below.

Warehouse in China

Receiving, packing and preparation for dispatch.

Registered at the warehouse: The package has been entered into the ALA warehouse system in China.
Received at the warehouse: The cargo has been received at the warehouse in China: counted, packaging checked and photographed.
Preparing for dispatch: The package has been placed in the dispatch zone of the warehouse in China.
Loaded: The package has been loaded for dispatch from China.

Dispatched from China

The cargo has left the warehouse for the border.

Dispatched from China: The vehicle with the cargo has left the warehouse for the transit warehouse.

Transit warehouse

Receiving and loading at the border.

Arrived at the transit warehouse: The cargo has been received at the transit warehouse at the border.
At the transit warehouse: The package is placed in the transit warehouse zone and awaits loading.
Loaded for transit: The cargo has been loaded for the border crossing.
On the way to the border: The cargo is heading to the border crossing.

Customs

Export from China and import into Kazakhstan.

Export clearance: Export customs clearance in China has started.
Export cleared: Export customs in China have been completed.
Crossing the border: The cargo is crossing the China – Kazakhstan border.
Import clearance: Import customs clearance into Kazakhstan is in progress.

On the way to the terminal

Customs cleared, the cargo is heading to the terminal.

The cargo has arrived and is placed at the terminal.

Arrived at the terminal: The cargo has been received at the ALA terminal in Kazakhstan.
Placed at the terminal: The package is placed in the terminal zone and is being prepared for pickup.
Paid: Delivery has been paid, the cargo is being prepared for pickup.

Ready for pickup

The cargo can be collected.

Ready for pickup: The cargo can be collected at the terminal or a pickup point.
Being picked for handover: The package is being picked at the terminal for the recipient.
Handover in progress: The handover is being arranged, a manager will contact the recipient.

Delivered

The cargo is with the recipient.

Delivered: The cargo has been handed over to the recipient.
