A single calendar for regular shipments

From goods being ready to receiving at the warehouse: one schedule for everyone in the supply chain.

What changes

For regular shipments we are introducing a shared calendar: batch readiness at the supplier, receiving at the warehouse, dispatch and expected delivery. The plan is visible to the client's manager and our operations team.

How it works

At the start of each period we agree shipments and key dates. If readiness changes, we re-plan the sequence of operations and tell the client which batches are affected.

Who it's for

The format suits distributors and companies that buy repeatedly from several manufacturers. You can start with one route and expand after the first shipments.

From order to status: launch with Tirek Commerce

We have completed a pilot exchanging orders and statuses with a trading platform.

Pilot objective

The platform's sellers used to pass on delivery data by hand. A joint team built a direct exchange between the platform interface and the ALA logistics system.

Three stages

First we agreed the order fields and statuses. Then we tested scenarios on trial shipments and connected a pilot group. After feedback we refined notifications and error handling.

Next step

We are opening access to more sellers and collecting feedback on documents. The full workflow is described in our case studies.

Goods and packaging

Prepare a description of the goods, the number of packages, photos and packaging details. Flag fragile items and any stacking restrictions separately.

Weight, volume and route

Give the weight and dimensions of each package, the pickup address and the destination city. If final packing is not ready yet, mark the data as preliminary.

Readiness and documents

Tell us the ready date, the desired delivery date and the supplier's contact. Send any documents you have and a list of clearance questions – the team will confirm what is needed for this specific shipment.
