FORM 1. Consent to the collection and processing of personal data when sending a request through the Site
I, the personal data subject (hereinafter – the Subject), hereby freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Limited Liability Partnership "ALA INTERNATIONAL", BIN 250640012858, address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty city, Alatau district, Algabas microdistrict, Street 7, Building 134/3 (hereinafter – the Operator), to the collection and processing of my personal data on the following terms.
1. Information about the Subject: surname, first name, patronymic (if any) – indicated by the Subject when completing the form or in the message sent.
2. List of the personal data collected:
- surname, first name, patronymic (if any), or the name under which the Subject introduces themselves;
- name of the organisation represented and position held;
- telephone number, including the number used in a messenger;
- e-mail address (where indicated);
- information contained in the request: type of task, point of departure, point of destination, description of the cargo and of the carriage requirements, planned frequency of supplies;
- other information voluntarily communicated by the Subject in the free-text fields of the form or in correspondence;
- information on interaction with the Site: IP address, cookie identifiers, browser and device data, referrer, pages viewed, date and time of the enquiry.
3. Purposes of the collection and processing:
- consideration of the request and preparation of a response;
- calculation of the preliminary cost and timeframes for the provision of services;
- conduct of negotiations, preparation and conclusion of a contract;
- performance of the contract concluded, including the organisation of carriage, warehouse handling, customs clearance and release of the cargo;
- maintenance of the client database and of the history of interaction;
- discharge of the obligations imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. List of actions with personal data: collection, accumulation, storage, modification, supplementation, use, depersonalisation, anonymisation, blocking, destruction and deletion – both with and without the use of automation tools.
5. Transfer to third parties: the Operator shall be entitled to transfer personal data to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, namely: to persons forming part of the Operator's group of companies; to carriers, customs representatives, warehouse operators and partners for the release of cargo; to insurance organisations; to banks and payment organisations; to providers of hosting, communications and information technology services; to consultants bound by an obligation of confidentiality; and to state bodies – in the cases provided for by legislation.
6. Cross-border transfer: cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out – to the territory of Ireland and the United States of America (in the case of communication via WhatsApp and Instagram – Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), to the People's Republic of China (divisions and partners of the Operator in the cities of Guangzhou and Yiwu – in the course of arranging the purchase, receipt and dispatch of cargo), and also to the transit countries along the carriage route. The Subject hereby gives their consent to such cross-border transfer in accordance with subparagraph 1) of paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V dated 21 May 2013 "On Personal Data and Their Protection".
7. Dissemination in publicly available sources: the personal data of the Subject are not disseminated in publicly available sources.
8. Period of validity of the consent: the consent shall be valid for 3 (three) years from the date on which it is given and, where a contract is concluded, for the term of the contract and 5 (five) years after its termination, unless a longer storage period is established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
9. Withdrawal of consent: the Subject shall be entitled to withdraw this consent by sending a notice to privacy@ala.kz or to the postal address of the Operator. Within fifteen business days of the date of receipt of the notice, the Operator shall cease processing and shall ensure the destruction or deletion of the personal data, except in cases where the processing continues on the basis of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or where there is an outstanding obligation (paragraph 2 of Article 8 of the Personal Data Law).
10. Confirmations of the Subject: the Subject confirms that they have familiarised themselves with the Privacy Policy published at https://go.ala.kz/en/privacy.html and with the rights of the personal data subject provided for by Article 24 of the Personal Data Law; that the information provided is accurate; and that, in transferring information about third parties, they have obtained the consent of such persons to such transfer.
FORM 2. Consent to the processing of data using cookies and web analytics services
I hereby give my consent to LLP "ALA INTERNATIONAL", BIN 250640012858, to the collection and processing of information about my interaction with the internet resource go.ala.kz using cookies and similar technologies.
List of data: IP address, identifiers of cookies and of records in the browser's local storage, type and version of the browser and operating system, screen resolution, interface language, referrer, pages viewed, duration and depth of viewing, actions on the pages, approximate location at locality level.
Purposes: analysis of attendance and of user behaviour, assessment of the convenience and effectiveness of the sections of the Site, assessment of the effectiveness of advertising and information channels, improvement of the Site.
Third parties: the data are transferred to providers of web analytics services – Yandex LLC (the Yandex.Metrica service, counter No. 109996317) and Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited (the Google Analytics 4 service).
Cross-border transfer: is carried out to the territory of the Russian Federation, the United States of America and the countries of the European Union. The Subject gives their consent to such transfer.
Dissemination in publicly available sources: is not carried out.
Period of validity of the consent: 12 (twelve) months from the date on which it is given, or until its withdrawal.
Withdrawal: via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page of the Site, and also by deleting cookies and changing browser settings.
FORM 3. Consent of a candidate to the processing of personal data (response to a vacancy)
I hereby give my consent to LLP "ALA INTERNATIONAL", BIN 250640012858, to the collection and processing of my personal data for the purposes of consideration of my candidacy for a vacant position.
List of data: surname, first name, patronymic (if any); date of birth; citizenship; contact details (telephone, e-mail address, messenger account); information on education, qualifications and work experience; information on language skills; references; other information contained in the CV and accompanying materials provided by me voluntarily.
Purposes: assessment of compliance with the qualification requirements, conduct of interviews and assessment procedures, communication regarding the results of the selection, formation of a talent pool (subject to separate consent).
Transfer to third parties: the data may be transferred to persons forming part of the Operator's group of companies and to providers of recruitment services engaged by the Operator.
Cross-border transfer: is carried out in the case of communication via a messenger (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Ireland / USA) and where divisions of the Operator in the PRC take part in the selection.
Dissemination in publicly available sources: is not carried out.
Period of validity of the consent: until completion of the selection procedure; where consent to inclusion in the talent pool is given – 1 (one) year from the date on which it is given.

FORM 4. Consent to receiving informational and advertising messages
I hereby give my consent to LLP "ALA INTERNATIONAL", BIN 250640012858, to the processing of my contact details (telephone number, e-mail address, messenger account) for the purposes of sending me informational and advertising messages about services, tariffs, routes, industry reviews and events, including mailings by e-mail and in messengers.
Period of validity of the consent: 3 (three) years, or until withdrawal of the consent.
Withdrawal: via the "unsubscribe" link in each message, by the "stop" command in the messenger, or by letter to privacy@ala.kz. The mailing shall be discontinued within a period of not more than 3 (three) business days.
